Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps to guide product development.
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to create clear, actionable wireframes and prototypes.
- Define and prioritize product features, writing comprehensive specifications and product requirement documents (PRDs) that cover both functional and aesthetic aspects.
- Create wireframes to communicate the intended user experience and guide technical teams effectively.
- Analyze user behavior through click flow data to generate actionable insights.
- Work alongside developers, designers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of the right product by explaining specifications, guiding user experience, reviewing deliverables, and sharing a compelling product vision.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Design and execute meaningful experiments to test hypotheses, analyze results, and recommend next steps.
- Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams by developing feature descriptions and new release content.
- Propose product enhancements aimed at improving user experience.
- Conduct validation testing on production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests to ensure quality.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management.
- Strong ability to understand customer experience deeply, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas that drive market growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of databases and a good understanding of software development processes.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment, capable of engaging in technical discussions with software engineers while maintaining a user-centric perspective.
- Proficient in creating user stories or applying frameworks like Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) and managing backlogs using tools such as Slack, Jira, and Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of empathy towards users.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate teams and act as a product evangelist.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
