Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Manager who views products from a unique perspective and is driven by solving problems with a strong focus on user experience and design. Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps to guide product development.
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to create clear, actionable wireframes and prototypes.
- Define and prioritize product features, writing comprehensive specifications and product requirement documents (PRDs) that cover both functional and aesthetic aspects.
- Create wireframes that effectively communicate the intended user experience to technical teams.
- Analyze user behavior through click flow data to generate actionable insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of the right product by clarifying specifications, guiding user experience, and reviewing deliverables.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Design and execute meaningful experiments to test hypotheses, sharing findings and recommending next steps.
- Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams by developing feature descriptions and new release content.
- Suggest product enhancements aimed at improving user experience.
- Conduct validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests to ensure quality.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management.
- Strong ability to deeply understand customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to grow market share and improve customer satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of databases and a good understanding of software development processes.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment, capable of engaging in technical discussions with software engineers while maintaining a user-centric perspective.
- Proficient in creating user stories or applying frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), and managing product backlogs using tools like Slack, Jira, and Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with empathy for users.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate teams and act as a product evangelist.
- Skilled at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
