Product Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Software Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that satisfy customer needs and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals. Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to guide product decisions. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate effectively with software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact. Plan and oversee product releases, sprint goals, and delivery timelines in partnership with engineering teams. Conduct stakeholder meetings, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions to maintain alignment and transparency. Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback. Identify opportunities for product improvements and support ongoing optimization efforts. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirement documents, workflows, roadmaps, and release notes. Ensure consistent alignment between product development, business strategy, and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in product management, preferably within a software or technology company. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira and Trello. Ability to write detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical. Knowledge of UI/UX principles, software architecture fundamentals, and product analytics. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within defined timelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience managing SaaS products, web applications, or mobile applications. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based technologies. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis. Knowledge of product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs150,000 to Rs260,000. This is an on-site role requiring in-person attendance.
