This position leads the comprehensive Wealth Management (WM) and Bancassurance product strategy, focusing on business planning, product development, lifecycle management, and frontline enablement to drive growth across all channels. The role requires a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will design and implement initiatives that deepen customer engagement with WM products, increase revenue, and enhance the bank’s value proposition in a competitive and evolving market environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Wealth Management business plan across all channels, ensuring the business structure supports sustainable growth.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to effectively position WM and Bancassurance products and services.
- Plan and implement initiatives that align with changing business objectives and regulatory requirements to boost product holdings and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with General Managers, product managers, and segment managers to identify customer segment needs and develop tailored product offerings.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Bancassurance products, from design and launch to review and enhancement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with insurance partners, ensuring all Bancassurance offerings comply with local regulations and Group policies.
- Equip frontline and sales teams with comprehensive training and sales materials to ensure strong product knowledge and competitive positioning.
- Drive product awareness and foster a robust Wealth Management culture among both existing and potential clients.
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics to ensure targets and planned activities are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, processes, and collateral related to WM and Bancassurance products.

- Proven experience in business planning and execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Awareness of regulatory and market factors impacting Wealth Management and Bancassurance.
