Product Marketer

We are looking for a skilled Product Marketer to join our marketing team and take a leading role in defining product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and web teams to drive demand, enable sales, and ensure successful product launches. Your work will be central to communicating the value of our products to customers and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for specific product modules and launch cycles, working closely with product teams to understand development roadmaps and translate features into compelling customer messaging.
- Conduct thorough market research by analyzing customer reviews, listening to calls, monitoring competitors, and interviewing internal and external stakeholders to identify key customer needs and pain points.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates deeply with target audiences as the product evolves.
- Collaborate with design and web teams to create customer-facing roadmaps, write concise and engaging copy for landing pages, and monitor their performance post-launch.
- Enable the sales team by updating training materials, managing AI-driven sales workflows, and participating in town halls and sales meetings to present value propositions and conduct live demos.
- Lead product launch plans from research and budget requests to execution, ensuring activities generate excitement and effectively reach the target audience.
- Partner with customer success to gather feedback that informs product development and explore opportunities for renewals and expansions. Track campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize AI and large language models (LLMs) to automate research and content creation, while applying strong human judgment to maintain customer focus. Develop custom tools and prototypes to accelerate deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with managers and teammates through Slack Tasks and weekly sync meetings to stay aligned on priorities and progress.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS environments.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, and human-centered messaging.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently without needing detailed instructions.
- Practical knowledge of marketing channels and metrics, including social media, web, content marketing, video marketing, and performance marketing.
- Enthusiasm for analyzing data, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
- Confident public speaker capable of engaging sales teams and inspiring belief in the product.
- Passion for and experience with AI technologies and large language models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
