The Product Marketing Lead is responsible for bringing the product to market by managing its positioning, launch, demonstration, pricing, and discovery by the target audience. This role focuses on driving trials and pipeline growth through strategic execution. It is a hands-on position that will evolve into a leadership role, where you will initially lead growth initiatives independently until the team expands. The role requires a holistic approach to the product and all market-facing functions rather than concentrating on a single channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market plan, including 30-day checkpoints and weekly reviews, making data-driven decisions on what to continue, modify, or discontinue.
- Manage channel strategy and budget across paid, organic, outbound, partnerships, and events, with accountability for trials and pipeline segmented by market.
- Develop and maintain positioning and messaging tailored to segments, markets, and personas, informed by ongoing customer conversations.
- Create demo narratives, sales enablement materials, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning to support the sales team.
- Lead product launches, providing clear and honest communication about live features and upcoming releases.
- Recommend pricing and packaging adjustments based on evidence, transforming customer feedback into compelling stories, quotes, and references.
- Conduct rapid experiments to optimize product discovery, running multiple tests each cycle to identify what to scale or stop.
- Guide the Creative Designer’s efforts on brand, website, and content to maximize conversion rates.
- Optimize paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn and Google for new markets, addressing gaps where demo requests do not convert into trials.
- Produce weekly funnel reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and internal data, while overseeing website measurement and optimization.
- Manage outbound efforts within set limits and oversee AI agents supporting the funnel, launching at least one new AI agent.
- Develop in-house SEO and AEO capabilities once current channels stabilize, leveraging external expertise on tools and techniques.
- Provide the product team with market insights supported by evidence and clear written communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or go-to-market roles, having independently owned positioning, launches, and channel plans end-to-end at least once.
- Proven hands-on experience running demand generation campaigns using HubSpot or equivalent CRM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Experience creating demo or sales enablement materials that have been actively used by sales teams, and producing funnel reports presented to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a habit of integrating them into daily work processes.
- High energy with a strong sense of ownership; proactive in taking initiative and executing tasks without waiting for direction.
- Data-driven mindset, adjusting strategies based on evidence and communicating changes clearly.
- Collaborative approach, treating designers and colleagues as partners rather than resources.
- Eagerness to learn quickly, grow with the company, and maintain honesty in claims, outreach, and data integrity.
- Based in Karachi, with an in-office work arrangement complemented by up to two days of remote work weekly, and flexibility to accommodate US and UK time zones.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience selling into markets such as the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
- Background with self-serve or trial-led products.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of an innovative product while developing leadership skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
