Product & Operations Assistant (Remote, Part Time)

We are seeking a part-time remote Product & Operations Assistant based in Islamabad, Pakistan, to support the smooth functioning of our software product operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including online research, managing documents and accounts, organizing LinkedIn and Google Drive resources, testing applications, coordinating with developers, tracking requirements, identifying issues, and following up on tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, be proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and have experience with project management tools. Excellent communication, organizational abilities, troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position. The salary range for this role is PKR 20,000 to 25,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to support product and operational needs.
- Manage and organize documents and accounts efficiently.
- Maintain and structure LinkedIn profiles and Google Drive folders for better accessibility.
- Perform app testing to identify bugs and usability issues.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of technical tasks.
- Track product requirements and update relevant documentation.
- Identify operational issues and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using project management tools to track and manage tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
