- Lead Agile product execution: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Champion provider and patient experience: Use stakeholder interviews, user feedback, and usability testing to identify pain points and drive meaningful improvements.
- Support clinical quality and compliance: Ensure product requirements align with patient safety, privacy, security, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- Drive product releases: Manage readiness, acceptance testing, release planning, communication, and rollout of new clinical features.
- Measure product performance: Track adoption, workflow efficiency, user satisfaction, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain clinical product documentation: Keep requirements, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria clear and accessible.
- Continuously improve the platform: Stay updated on behavioral health technology trends, EHR/EMR capabilities, and evolving healthcare standards to guide product decisions.
