This includes salary loans for salaried individuals and pension-based financing and accounts for pensioners. The role involves building and managing institutional partnerships with employers and pension disbursing offices, acting as the product expert for the branch network, and ensuring all business activities comply with the Bank’s credit policy, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations for Microfinance Banks, AML/CFT requirements, and principles of fair customer treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute branch-level sales drives, monitor branch productivity, and provide on-the-job support to branches that are underperforming.

Credit Quality, Risk & Compliance:
Ensure all loan applications are complete and accurate, including KYC/CDD, employment or pension verification, and salary/pension routing or deduction arrangements where applicable. Maintain compliance with the Bank’s credit policy, SBP Prudential Regulations for Microfinance Banks, AML/CFT regulations, and consumer protection guidelines. Monitor early delinquency within the sourced portfolio and collaborate with Credit and Collections teams to keep portfolio-at-risk within approved limits. Address customer queries and complaints related to Salary & Pension products, ensuring timely resolution.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports covering pipeline, disbursements, portfolio status, delinquency, tie-ups, and branch productivity. Provide periodic updates to management on performance against targets, market developments, and key issues along with recommended actions.
