Product & Services Marketing Associate

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing Imparé’s marketing strategy to enhance market presence and generate qualified leads. This role involves translating complex semiconductor IP into clear, compelling messaging and technical content that supports business development efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Lead will work closely with engineering and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product and business goals. The position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop clear, buyer-focused positioning and messaging for Imparé’s products and services.
- Manage and update website content, product pages, LinkedIn presence, and thought-leadership materials authored by the CEO.
- Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns, webinars, and other marketing activities to attract qualified leads.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create technical content such as white papers, explainer videos, product briefs, and case studies.
- Provide business development teams with pitch decks, competitive positioning, and sales collateral to support client engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, website analytics, and audience engagement; prepare monthly performance dashboards.
- Work closely with the CEO, engineering, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and sales priorities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, content development, or B2B communications.
- Strong skills in B2B technology marketing, including positioning, content creation, and demand generation.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, website analytics, and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
