Production And Quality Manager

People Perfect is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a leading Ice Cream and Dairy Manufacturing Company based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in production and quality control within the dairy industry. This role demands a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage daily manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining smooth production workflows to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and operational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols, food safety regulations, and industry compliance standards.
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of production machinery and equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to guarantee the availability of raw materials and resources.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, batch documentation, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the Ice Cream or Dairy Manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery operations, and raw material handling specific to dairy products.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 9001.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
