Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Floor Coordination & Workflow: Support daily garment production activities by managing operational flow on the factory floor. Ensure production schedules and targets are consistently met to maintain efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Defect Tracking: Assist in garment inspections through visual checks and measurement verifications. Document any quality issues and promptly escalate deviations to supervisors to uphold product standards.

Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate data entry related to production output. Review and edit garment labels, cut-to-pack records, and operational logs to ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date.

Process Support & Safety: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by following established safety standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with production teams and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

Industry Experience: Basic familiarity with garment manufacturing operations, including floor processes and defect tracking. Vocational training or prior experience in a garment factory environment is preferred.

Technical Skills: Competence in basic Quality Control (QC) inspection techniques, measurement accuracy, and maintaining production records through data entry.

Soft Skills: Strong teamwork abilities and clear communication skills across various levels within the factory. A customer and stakeholder-focused mindset is essential.

Physical & Work Requirements: Capability to meet the physical demands of on-site floor work, including standing for extended periods and adapting quickly to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
