New Era Industries is looking for a Production Coordination Officer to join its uPVC Doors & Windows fabrication team at the Port Qasim facility. This full-time position requires managing and streamlining production activities to ensure timely completion of orders. The role demands strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and accurate reporting to maintain smooth factory operations and foster collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between Sales, Accounts, Production, Store, and Site teams to support efficient workflow and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire order processing flow from Sales and Accounts to the Production Floor, handling Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Job Orders.
- Track production progress on an item-by-item basis and follow up with relevant departments to meet deadlines.
- Maintain precise production data entry, daily operational records, and prepare monthly production reports.
- Collaborate with the Store department to ensure material availability and assist with loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Manage delivery coordination, including vehicle arrangement, labor management, loading operations, and route planning.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to address site requirements, delivery schedules, and urgent orders.
- Maintain comprehensive delivery documentation such as challans, glass order records, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate procurement and arrangement of installation hardware and accessories through cooperation with Accounts and Store departments.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among Production, Sales, Store, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Perform additional production coordination and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Preference for candidates residing in Malir, Landhi, Korangi, Port Qasim, or nearby areas.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
- Strong skills in coordination, reporting, and communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in report preparation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in uPVC windows & doors, aluminum, fabrication, or building materials industries is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000.
- Work is based onsite at the Port Qasim facility.
