New Era Industries is seeking a dedicated Production Coordination Officer to join its uPVC Doors & Windows fabrication department located in Port Qasim. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between various departments such as Sales, Accounts, Production, Store, and Site teams. This position requires strong organizational skills to monitor production progress, manage order processing, and support timely execution of factory operations. The role is full-time, offering a competitive salary range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of order processing from Sales and Accounts to the Production Floor, including handling Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Job Orders.
- Monitor production progress on an item-wise basis and follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate production data entry, daily operational records, and prepare monthly production reports.
- Liaise with the Store department to ensure material availability, facilitate loading and unloading, and support dispatch activities.
- Manage delivery coordination, including arranging vehicles, labor, loading operations, and planning delivery routes.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address site requirements, delivery schedules, and urgent orders.
- Maintain comprehensive delivery documentation such as delivery records, challans, and glass order records.
- Arrange installation hardware and accessories by coordinating with Accounts and Store departments.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between Production, Sales, Store, Accounts, and Site teams to support operational efficiency.
- Perform additional production coordination and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates residing in Malir, Landhi, Korangi, Port Qasim, or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the uPVC windows & doors, aluminum, fabrication, or building materials industry.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000.
- Work location is on-site at the Port Qasim facility, ensuring hands-on involvement in daily operations.
