Company Description Zahra Apparel Private Limited is a value-driven garment manufacturer specializing in fashion denim Apparel.

Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for supporting end-to-end production activities for denim and twill apparel. This role includes coordinating production schedules, tracking order status, and ensuring timely completion of manufacturing processes in alignment with customer requirements.

The Production Coordinator will work closely with production, quality, procurement, and merchandising teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves daily communication with internal stakeholders and, where needed, external partners to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to compliance standards, and efficient use of resources. Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to support scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination.
Project Management and Organization Skills to handle multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate production records.
Experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, particularly denim or twill, is highly beneficial.
Ability to interpret production reports, use basic MS Office or similar tools, and follow standardized operating procedures.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Relevant diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
