Production Coordinator

Zahra Apparel Private Limited is a value-driven garment manufacturer specializing in fashion denim apparel. We are seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves supporting the entire production process for denim and twill apparel, ensuring that manufacturing activities align with customer requirements and are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator will manage production schedules and track order status to guarantee timely completion of manufacturing processes. This role requires close collaboration with production, quality, procurement, and merchandising teams to address any issues that arise and maintain accurate documentation. The coordinator will also support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and compliance with company standards. Daily communication with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external partners is essential to ensure smooth operations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimal resource utilization.

Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to interact clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates should have proficiency in production planning and management, enabling them to support scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow coordination efficiently. Excellent project management and organizational skills are required to handle multiple orders simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed production records. Experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, particularly with denim or twill fabrics, is highly advantageous. The role also demands the ability to interpret production reports, utilize basic MS Office or similar software tools, and follow standardized operating procedures rigorously. Attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards are critical for success in this position. A relevant diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
