Production Data Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Planning Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong advanced Excel skills and a background in coordinating production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy in reporting, and support production planning on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various production departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Prepare and report daily batch activity reports.
- Conduct stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform production audits, including material usage and packaging material reports, along with weekly and monthly production summaries.
- Plan production schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet operational targets.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies in alignment with the production schedule.
- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the department.
- Generate analytical reports to provide insights into production activities and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is preferred; however, completion of an MS course certificate is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Data and Production Planning Coordinator or related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Completion of an Excel course is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with database management systems to handle production data effectively.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools to support reporting and decision-making.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
