- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on machine capacity, order deadlines, and material availability.
- Monitor parameters for PVC soft film extrusion/calendering (temperature profiles, thickness control, clarity, flexibility, and roll winding) to minimize scrap and defects.
- Supervise shift , supervisors, operators, and helpers; manage rotas (including night shifts) and ensure workforce discipline.
- Work with the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance for extruders, calendars, and ancillary equipment.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), industrial safety regulations, and proper ventilation/material handling protocols for PVC processing.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
