Production Incharge

Located in Lahore, Pakistan, this role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in pharmaceutical production, particularly within the nutraceutical, cosmetic, or herbal sectors. The position requires hands-on experience in managing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and leading a team to maintain high production standards. The successful candidate will oversee the entire production cycle, from filling to packaging, while coordinating closely with quality assurance and control teams to uphold product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Manage staff, materials, equipment, and production schedules efficiently to optimize output.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines and maintain quality compliance throughout the production process.
- Review batch records meticulously and coordinate with QA/QC departments for quality verification and issue resolution.
- Train production staff to enhance their skills and improve overall production efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharm-D, B.Pharm, or BHMS.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in production, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or herbal industries.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and batch documentation practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage production activities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience specifically in nutraceutical, cosmetic, and herbal product manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
