We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Production Manager to lead the complete manufacturing process of custom boxes and packaging products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, folding cartons, luxury packaging, and specialized printing and finishing techniques. This role demands strong leadership in production planning, quality assurance, workforce management, machine utilization, and timely delivery, all while driving operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production activities in custom box manufacturing to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines consistently.
- Lead and supervise production teams, including shift supervisors and machine operators.
- Optimize the use of machinery, raw materials, and manpower to maximize productivity.
- Maintain stringent quality standards throughout all stages such as printing, die-cutting, lamination, gluing, and finishing.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Track and analyze production key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, waste levels, downtime, and overall efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvements aimed at reducing production costs and minimizing waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly by implementing corrective measures.
- Manage maintenance schedules for all production machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and overall performance.
- Prepare detailed production reports and provide regular operational updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in custom box or packaging manufacturing, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and production processes.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs130,000 to Rs180,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site to effectively manage production operations.
