Production Manager - Garments

HRFINEBOXING is looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead garment manufacturing operations at its Gujranwala facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring that quality and delivery standards are consistently met, and optimizing the use of resources including personnel, materials, and machinery. This role requires close coordination with various production teams to meet order specifications and maintain efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules in alignment with order requirements, production capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate the activities of cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and other related production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards throughout all stages of garment manufacturing.
- Optimize the use of machinery and materials to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery or quality.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, challenges, and improvements for senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production staff to achieve performance targets and foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in production management within the garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Ability to plan and manage production schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and ability to enforce them rigorously.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and management.
