- Responsible for conformance to the specification of the finished goods leaving the plant.
- To monitor access and improve process capabilities in the plant.
- Responsible for the implementation of GMPs in the plant.
- Responsible for customer feedback needs.
- Responsible for the internal activity of the plant.
- Preparation of initial reports containing raw data for final reporting after processing the raw data.
- Responsible for developing and implementing.
- Have training and participate in research and development activities.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation maintenance in the plant.
- Ensure calibration protection and working of all Plant equipment.
- Ensure that proper sanitation and hygiene are maintained at the entire plant.
- Check of quality standards and specifications for inspection and selection of different raw materials, in-process products quality control checks, and finished products quality evaluation criteria.
- Responsible for evaluation of vendor monitoring.
- To rectify any problem in the production process under the guidance of the Plant Manager.
- Ensure incoming Raw material as per standard specification.
- Analyzed flour and incoming raw material from the third party.
- Ensure finished product is delivered as per standard.
- Monitor traceability record of the product.
- Ensure HK sample as per schedule.
- R&D (research and development) suppliers in new product development.
- Ensure food quality and food policy on plants.
- Ensure working at the plant as per SOPs:
- Quarterly QA Audit
- Record keeping proofer (Humidity% and Temperature oC) and cold Store (Temperature oC) and reporting to Manager.
- Any additional job assigned by the Management.
