We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our production team as a Manager or Assistant Manager of Production at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing and a strong understanding of production operations within this specialized sector. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage daily production activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production operations to achieve timely production targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) requirements, and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring optimal manpower utilization and fostering a productive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including documentation, batch records, and production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with QA, QC, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in both human and veterinary pharmaceutical production.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical production processes, and documentation standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide production personnel.
