Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our pharmaceutical company located in Rawat, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a deep understanding of production processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams and resolve challenges to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire pharmaceutical production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational targets while maintaining high-quality output.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline production schedules and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines throughout the production cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Relevant academic qualifications in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.

- Competitive salary starting from Rs150,000 per month.
- This is an on-site position based in Rawat, requiring the candidate to work in person.
