Production Manager (Textile Unit)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize the entire textile stitching production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams and a thorough understanding of production workflows from cutting to packing. This role requires hands-on experience with embroidery and embossing techniques, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. The Production Manager will play a critical role in product development and production audits to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of at least 400 machine operators, ensuring smooth production flow and meeting output targets.
- Oversee the complete production process, including cutting, stitching, embroidery, embossing, and packing.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular production audits to monitor quality standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and enhance product offerings.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile stitching industry or a closely related sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire production process from cut to pack.
- Proven experience with embroidery and embossing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
- Experience in product development and conducting production audits.
