Production Officer - Burger (Lahore)

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our bakery production line. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that production activities align with the daily plan while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires close monitoring of key production parameters, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that products meet specified standards in terms of weight, shape, and baking quality. The role demands attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency and food safety within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in initiating and managing production activities according to the daily production schedule.
- Monitor flour water absorption and batch temperature to ensure they remain within specified ranges.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mixing area, machines, pans, trolleys, and all relevant production sections.
- Verify that dough weight complies with the standard weight requirements.
- Ensure dough is molded into the correct shape and that panning is performed accurately.
- Control and minimize dough waste across machines and other production areas.
- Oversee the baking process to ensure products achieve the desired color, shape, and volume.
- Maintain product quality parameters and adhere strictly to food safety standards.
- Implement and uphold 6S workplace organization standards.
- Ensure compliance with per batch yield targets.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Food Technology.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a bread or burger production plant.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
