We are seeking a dedicated Production Pharmacist to join our expanding Nutraceutical Manufacturing Team, focusing on the production of liquid and syrup products. This role is based in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and compliance are paramount. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of liquid and syrup nutraceutical products, ensuring efficiency and compliance with production schedules.
- Implement and maintain Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures in line with GMP, ISO, and internal standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and regulatory departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and guide production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation and production reports.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, particularly those relevant to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Utilize production and documentation software systems to support manufacturing and quality processes.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Uphold ethical practices and company policies while fostering continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Pharm-D degree or a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Solid foundation in pharmacy principles and production management.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing liquid and syrup products within the nutraceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and prepare technical documentation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under regulatory constraints.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in pharmaceutical production, particularly in veterinary or poultry medicines, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety requirements specific to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Proficiency with standard production and documentation software; knowledge of GMP-related documentation practices is an advantage.
