We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Peshawar, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and will play a crucial role in overseeing production activities. This position involves ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate production documentation, managing raw materials, and monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP guidelines and SOPs throughout all stages of production.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including batch documentation and material usage.
- Manage inventory and control of raw materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production.
- Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular checks to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all compliance standards are consistently met.
- Identify and resolve any production issues or deviations promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and promote workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold production standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical science field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to manage production records and documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with cross-functional departments.
