Production Supervisor (Engineering/ Automotive or Furniture Experience-Product Exp.)-DAE Mechanical

The Production Supervisor role is based in Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, and requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or furniture industries, specifically within product-oriented companies. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in production supervision, planning, and team management. This position demands a proactive individual who can effectively oversee production activities, ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain quality standards, and optimize the use of manpower and materials. Educational qualifications should include a DAE in Mechanical or a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities within assigned sections to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate work based on production priorities and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor productivity levels, quality standards, and job completion rates consistently.
- Ensure adherence to approved processes and quality benchmarks by all workers.
- Identify and address delays, bottlenecks, and production issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Work to minimize rework, product rejection, and material wastage through effective oversight.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, housekeeping, and safety standards among workers.
- Coordinate closely with Stores, Quality Control, Planning, and other production departments.
- Provide training and guidance to workers to improve skills and performance.
- Keep accurate production records and report daily progress to management.
