Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Supervisor to join our clothing manufacturing company on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, coordinating with the sales team, managing production workers, and ensuring that all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple production orders simultaneously while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to receive, review, and organize incoming production orders.
- Plan and allocate production tasks to workers based on order requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow among workers.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Track pending, ongoing, and completed orders to guarantee timely delivery.
- Identify any production delays or operational issues and promptly report them to management.
- Maintain basic production records, update order statuses, and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards by all workers.
- Facilitate effective communication between sales and production teams to ensure accurate order execution.
- Manage the creation and handover of shipments to the company.

Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to use MS Excel for maintaining production records is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience in clothing manufacturing or production supervision is highly desirable.
- Monthly salary ranges from PKR 22,000 to PKR 30,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional monthly lunch allowance of PKR 5,000.

Working Hours and Location

- The working schedule is from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
- This is an in-person role based at the company’s production facility.
