Production Supervisor (Woodworking / Furniture Factory)

A well-established woodworking factory specializing in furniture manufacturing is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams within woodworking or furniture production environments. This role demands hands-on management of workflows, close coordination with design and planning departments, and proactive resolution of production challenges to ensure consistent achievement of quality standards and production targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the production team and daily workflow to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to optimize output and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with design and planning teams to ensure production aligns with project requirements.
- Identify and address production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage production teams.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and production processes.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work plans.
