Partnerships & Fundraising Manager

One of our clients, Pakistan’s leading NGOs, is looking for a passionate and experienced Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to drive impactful collaborations and secure sustainable funding. This role is perfect for a passionate professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate social responsibility, partnerships, business development, or within the NGO sector. The manager will lead a team of 10 persons and be instrumental in fostering strategic partnerships that support our mission to transform lives through education, healthcare, and community development. This position requires strong skills in networking, proposal writing, and relationship building, and involves occasional travel based in Lahore, Pakistan. The Partnerships & Fundraising Manager will develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring long-term financial stability and growth. The role involves actively engaging with various stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community organizations to create mutually beneficial collaborations. By providing direction and support to the team, the manager will drive success through effective communication, resource management, and leadership, ultimately contributing to meaningful social change and development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational financial goals.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential and existing donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
Lead proposal writing efforts to secure funding from diverse sources, including grants, corporate social responsibility programs, and individual donors.
Manage and guide a team of 10 members, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and support to achieve team objectives.
Coordinate partnership activities and ensure alignment with organizational mission and values.
Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization and expand its reach.
Monitor fundraising campaigns and partnership agreements to evaluate effectiveness and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Collaborate closely with program teams to understand project needs and translate them into compelling funding proposals.
Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, partnership status, and financial progress for senior management and stakeholders.
Stay informed of trends and best practices in fundraising and partnerships to continuously improve strategies and approaches.
