Job responsibilities:
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge of sales, review product brochures/publications and attend interdepartmental sales meetings whenever required.
- To identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching sales options.
- To negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders (if required).
- To assist hod in detailed proposals including offers, tender documentation, registration etc., as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- To supervise, manage and motivate team members in order to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Assign or delegate tasks to team members for their grooming.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E + MBA Preferred
Essential experience:
- B2B experience of 2-4 years
