Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the tender process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and managing post-award activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tender documents, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring terms and conditions are fair, balanced, and legally sound.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contractual agreements to identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on tendering processes, contract management, and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
Essential experience:
4-5 years at least in the relevant industry / industry-specific Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tender management, contract administration, and compliance, preferably in security & other industrial equipment
