Job Responsibilities:

  • Support ARM/Captain in performing Operations.
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages. Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
  • Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
  • Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
  • Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios).
  • Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ensuring Service Standards, Team Player should be a hands-on type of person.
  • Know Bar Services, Lobby Services, and Order Taking.

Requirements:

  • Matric/Hotel Management.
  • F&B Service Level 1 or 2
  • Barista Certification Level 1 or 2.
  • At least 2+ year in the coffee service industry
