People Perfect is looking for an experienced Business Lead for one of its clients to oversee the operations of a growing coffee shop business. The role is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, compliance, profitability, and customer experience while establishing scalable processes for future growth. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day operations, implement SOPs, develop high-performing teams, and support business expansion through new outlet openings.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and brand consistency while establishing scalable processes to support future business expansion.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs, operational standards, and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
Oversee inventory management, cost control, and coordination with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage store teams to build a high-performing workforce.
Lead business expansion initiatives, including project management and new outlet openings.
Identify locations for openings of new coffee shop locations
Hire and train staff for the new coffee shop location
Liase with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance of the new setup
Manage the end to end expansion process, up until opening
Analyze sales and operational performance, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Experience managing coffee shops, cafés, QSR, or retail F&B operations.
Strong knowledge of operations management, sales, SOP implementation, inventory control, project management, and business expansion.
