Job Role and Duties:

  • Manage administrative tasks.
  • Assist in arranging meetings.
  • Coordination with vendors, file management and other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Should be quick learner, flexible in their approach and be ready to work in a fast-paced business setup.
  • Maintaining minutes of meetings and other similar documentation.
  • Maintaining calendar and consistently following-up with stakeholders on assigned tasks.

Qualification & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Freshers from well reputed universities having good interpersonal skills can also apply.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA / MBA).
