Job Role and Duties:

  • Coordinate & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs, interviews, on boarding etc.
  • Independently Management of services toward clients and Event Management & Vendor management as well.
  • Knowledge of HR policies as per Government rules & regulations.
  • Admin activities of the project, dealing with approved vendors, issuance of W.O, audit preparation of each quarter report of multiple projects of client.
  • Visit to the Major events for smooth operations and service delivery.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree BBA/ MBA in HRM
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS. Excel & Advance Office
  • Administrative skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
