Communicate effectively in English and local languages to establish rapport and encourage meaningful responses.
Use interviewing techniques to probe respondents thoughtfully and clarify responses when necessary.
Record data carefully and accurately, adhering strictly to established documentation and reporting procedures.
Manage time efficiently by organizing appointments or visits with respondents to optimize survey completion rate.
Report any challenges, inconsistencies, or feedback promptly to supervisors for resolution and continuous process improvement.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability while representing Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd in the field.
