Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and telephonic interviews with respondents to collect accurate and comprehensive survey data.
Administer questionnaires and surveys in accordance with established research protocols to ensure consistency and reliability.
Communicate effectively with participants, clarifying questions and ensuring understanding to gather valid responses.
Maintain ethical standards in data collection, protecting respondent privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Record and organize collected data accurately for further analysis and reporting.
Adapt communication style to engage fluently in English and other local languages relevant to diverse respondent groups.
Resolve issues that arise during interviews promptly, applying problem-solving skills to maintain workflow.
Report irregularities or concerns encountered during data collection to supervisors in a timely manner.
Adhere to project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards set by Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd.
Participate in training sessions and briefings to stay informed about survey objectives and methods.
