We are hiring for a FRONT DESK OFFICER (EVENING) to serve as our guests first point of contact.

Job Role and Duties:

  • Respond to customer's complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Correspondence with management regarding any issues raised.
  • Provide information to visitors about apartments.
  • Maintain decent coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure to fill out booking forms on time and conduct visits according to standard procedure.
  • Maintain the records and files of residents'/tenants' requests, complaints, applications etc.
  • Any duties assigned by the management.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrivals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preference will be given to the candidate from the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
