Job Role and Duties:

  • Respond to customer's complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information to visitors about apartments.
  • Maintain decent coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure to fill out booking forms on time and conduct visits according to standard procedure.
  • Ensure the rules & regulations prescribed are upheld at night.
  • Maintain the records and files of residents'/tenants' requests, complaints, applications etc.
  • Attend telephone calls on time with good gesture.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrivals.
