Job Role and Duties:
- Respond to customer's complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information to visitors about apartments.
- Maintain decent coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure to fill out booking forms on time and conduct visits according to standard procedure.
- Ensure the rules & regulations prescribed are upheld at night.
- Maintain the records and files of residents'/tenants' requests, complaints, applications etc.
- Attend telephone calls on time with good gesture.
- Welcome guests upon their arrivals.
