Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant with at least 1 year of hotel industry experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas, supporting laundry operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Basic communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in shifts are essential.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to meet company hygiene and safety standards.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively following prescribed methods.
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Inspect rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld and report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated shifts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and provide efficient services to guests.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated with cleaning techniques and company policies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
- Assist in responding to guest requests and inquiries courteously and professionally.
