Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is looking to recruit HR Executive who will work closely with the clients to help in all HR-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of HR Policy
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s Employee Evaluation Process
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Oversee the recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Overseeing exit interviews
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Payroll and attendance management
- Able to develop performance metrics and KPIs
