Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving and investigating employee grievances, mediating disputes, providing guidance on company policies, recommending solutions, collaborating with HR and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and facilitating training programs for employees and managers
  • Recruitment & On-boarding
  • Prepare recruitment packs and coordinate on-boarding formalities.
  • Manage Leave & Attendance with acknowledgement emails.
  • Ensure compliance and audit adherence.
  • Utilize administrative skills for efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office skills.
