Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote oral care products and support school-based oral health programs. This role requires engaging with healthcare professionals, planning and executing community initiatives, and effectively managing field activities within the assigned territory. The candidate will work diligently to build and maintain professional relationships that drive product awareness and usage among dental professionals. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to coordinating multiple stakeholders, including schools and healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing product recommendations through active engagement and education while consistently delivering accurate reporting aligned with company guidelines. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales. The role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community health initiatives and global awareness campaigns while developing strong sales and client relationship management skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute school-based oral health programs and community initiatives according to company standards.
Conduct oral health programs in schools following prescribed formats and management instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with school administrations to schedule and organize program activities effectively.
Support global health initiatives, including art contests and awareness campaigns aimed at promoting oral health.
Perform all professional services activities within the assigned territory in a timely and compliant manner.
Serve as a liaison between schools, healthcare professionals, and company management to facilitate smooth execution of field operations.
Engage dental professionals to promote oral care products, increasing product recommendations and raising awareness of product benefits.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to support and enhance sales growth.
Accurately document all program activities, field visits, and engagements using both physical and digital record-keeping methods.
Prepare and submit timely and comprehensive activity and sales reports utilizing company-approved templates.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout all stages of program execution and product promotion.
