Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Relations Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on building and sustaining strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists and healthcare providers, to foster awareness and endorsement of oral care products in the assigned territory. The role involves frequent field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers, executing targeted promotional campaigns, and supporting professional engagement initiatives to drive business growth and brand visibility within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The Professional Relations Officer plays a critical role in coordinating communication between dental professionals and company management, ensuring the delivery of effective programs and field strategies that enhance product utilization and recommendation. The role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work independently and travel extensively. While this position does not involve team management, it demands strong interpersonal, relationship management, and presentation skills to successfully influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
Responsibilities

Execute professional services activities in the assigned territory according to company policies and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote oral care products effectively through direct visits and targeted presentations to increase product recommendations and brand awareness.
Coordinate professional engagement activities including meetings, campaigns, product demonstrations, and seminars to strengthen professional networks and support promotional goals.
Implement field strategies designed to improve the adoption, usage, and recommendation of oral care products among healthcare professionals.
Achieve territory-specific targets related to product recommendations, brand adoption, and business growth.
Provide coordination and support for professional programs such as BSBF and other company initiatives within the territory.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, field visits, activities, and reports in both paper and digital formats.
Prepare and submit timely reports on activities, performance metrics, and territory analytics to management for decision-making.
Monitor competitor behavior, market trends, and customer feedback to provide relevant insights and recommend actionable improvements to company management.
Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and corporate policies.
