Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee EOBI & PESSI.
- Implementation of HR Policies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all HR matters.
Qualification: BBA/ MASTERS IN HR
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Experience in the Hospitality Industry Is Preferred)
