Job Description

  • Welcomes and greets all customers and visitors, in person or over the phone
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
  • Manage incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
  • Must remain polite, decent and professional while talking over the phone.
  • Must listen and handle all customer complaints in professional manner.
  • Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
  • Must maintain a professional relationships with guests and clients.
