Job Description:

Responsible for developing & implementing Marketing Strategy, Planning & Budgeting
Maintain and nurture client relationships.
Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Lead team development and management.
Manage employee outsourcing initiatives, oversee payroll outsourcing services, and ensure efficient client and employee management as part of the responsibilities.
Take responsibility for driving business growth
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s Degree from a reputable University.
Overall 8+ Years of Market Experience
Experience in working across function & with a different level of seniority
Excellent Analytical & business communication skills
Proactive & result driven attitude
